Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

1.1 Design Services: Archi Vida Interiors provides interior design services, including conceptual design, space planning, material selection, and furnishing recommendations.

1.2 Consultations: Professional advice is provided during consultations, which are charged separately.

1.3 Procurement Services: Assistance with the selection and purchasing of furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, and materials.

1.4 Contractor/Trades Recommendations: Archi Vida Interiors may recommend contractors or tradespeople but does not employ or supervise them unless additional supervision services are explicitly agreed upon for an additional fee.

2. Scope of Work

2.1 Archi Vida Interiors role is limited to providing design and procurement services as outlined in the project agreement.

2.2 Archi Vida Interiors is not responsible for the execution, installation, or construction work performed by contractors or tradespeople.

2.3 If the client requests project supervision, this will be provided as an additional service under a separate agreement and fee structure.

3. Third-Party Contractors and Tradespeople

3.1 Archi Vida Interiors may recommend contractors or tradespeople based on their expertise and past performance. These recommendations are made as a courtesy and do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of their work.

3.2 Archi Vida Interiors is not responsible for the quality, timeline, or outcome of work performed by contractors or tradespeople. Any agreements or disputes between the client and contractors must be resolved independently.

3.3 The client acknowledges that the selection and hiring of contractors/tradespeople are at their sole discretion.

4. Procurement and Delivery

4.1 Archi Vida Interiors will assist in sourcing and purchasing items on behalf of the client. Payment for procurement items must be made in full prior to purchase.

4.2 Delivery timelines and conditions are subject to the policies of the suppliers or manufacturers. Archi Vida Interiors is not liable for delays, damages, or defects in procured items.

4.3 Clients are responsible for inspecting all delivered items and notifying Archi Vida Interiors or supplier immediately of any issues.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

5.1 Design and consultation fees are charged as outlined in the client agreement.

5.2 Additional fees apply for project supervision or other services beyond the standard scope.

5.3 Payment for all services and procured items must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur interest charges.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 The company will exercise reasonable care in providing its services but does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

6.2 The company is not liable for:

  • Errors, delays, or defects in third-party work.
  • Damages arising from improper use or installation of materials or furniture.
  • Delays caused by third-party suppliers or contractors.

6.3 Clients agree to hold Archi Vida Interiors harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from services performed by contractors or tradespeople recommended by the company.

7. Confidentiality

The Archi Vida Interiors will maintain confidentiality of all project-related information unless disclosure is required by law or explicitly authorized by the client.

8. Changes and Cancellations

8.1 Any changes to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional fees.

8.2 Cancellation of services must be provided in writing. Fees for completed work or committed expenses will still apply.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

10. Acceptance

By engaging the company’s services, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
